The Durham miners gala at Durham Market place 2001
Executive catering provided a Hog roast food station for people attending the 2011 miners gala, Over 45,000 people where at the event.
Not only did we provide the hog roast we also offered Danish bacon sandwiches, Lincon sausages and 100% prime beef burgers all day long.
